The manufacturer warrants the PV module against defects in workmanship or materials. The pole (optional C5M quality) is covered against perforation due to corrosion under C5M corrosion category conditions, per ISO 12944-6.

10-Year Warranty

Pole Color Class 2 is warranted for color durability.

5-Year Warranty

Electronic parts — including the controller, cabling, and LED unit — are covered, along with Lithium LiFePO4 batteries.

All warranty periods begin at change of ownership — typically the loading date for international shipments.
