Smart Optimal Solutions is proud to announce that CEO of SOS – America, Patrice Tsague, has been named a 2026 DJC Oregon C-Level and Leadership Awards honoree.
This inaugural recognition celebrates executives and leaders who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations and communities. Honorees are recognized for qualities including leadership, integrity, vision, commitment to excellence, company performance, innovation, and community engagement.

Patrice brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to Smart Optimal Solutions. As a servant leader, he began his entrepreneurial journey at age 19 and has since become an international speaker, best-selling author, business coach, educator, and mentor to entrepreneurs around the world.
Throughout his career, Patrice has trained and equipped more than 25,000 individuals globally in entrepreneurship and business development. Through his training and coaching systems, entrepreneurs have generated more than $200 million in revenue, raised significant funding, and created jobs and economic opportunities in their communities.
Today, Patrice serves as CEO of Smart Optimal Solutions (SOS) – America, a company advancing smart city innovation and sustainable infrastructure through clean energy, emerging technology, and intelligent urban solutions. Since the company was founded in 2023, SOS has experienced significant growth, including 301.2% revenue growth and 161.4% net income growth.
Patrice’s impact also extends well beyond Smart Optimal Solutions – America. He serves as Chief Servant Officer of the Nehemiah E-Community and on the boards of several for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Common Good Capital, the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, and Cornerstone Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership. He also served as a Trustee of Timothy Plan for nearly a decade and continues to support business leaders through coaching and mentorship.
His previous honors include the Teacher of the Year Award from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, the Integrity Award from the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants, and a Lifetime Achievement Award from African Economic Development Solutions.
