The inaugural SOS 2025 Summit was held October 15–17, 2025, at the prestigious Royal Oaks Country Club in Vancouver, Washington, bringing together 52 attendees — including team members, manufacturing partners, strategic partners, investors, clients, and prospects from the U.S. and six other countries: Mexico, Malaysia, Cameroon, Congo, Canada, and Rwanda.
The summit began with a welcome reception graciously hosted by Col. Jeff Williams, CEO of SOS Global, and his wife Anna-Marie Williams at their home. This warm and intimate gathering gave team members and partners from around the world an opportunity to enjoy great food, fellowship, and personal connection before the formal sessions began.
The main event featured two days of team celebration and awards, team development training, strategic planning, and product education. A major highlight was the presentation on the Smart Hybrid Streetlight by Khalid Cherifi from Agamine Solar, the manufacturer’s representative. Additional sessions showcased SOS’s ecosystem of integration partners, including Hunter Robinson (iEnet), camera solutions partner; B.J. Olson (Twenty7 Tech), cellular connectivity partner; and Marc Winston (Blue Ridge Monitoring), remote security monitoring partner.
The event also provided education on other key SOS innovations such as Interactive Smart Displays, EV Chargers, LED Lighting, and Residential and Commercial Solar Solutions—demonstrating how these technologies collectively advance SOS’s mission to build more connected, secured, and sustainable communities
As is tradition, the two-day team event opened with an inspirational devotional session led by retired astronaut and SOS Global CEO Col. Jeff Williams, setting a purposeful and faith-centered tone for the summit.
The final day featured an Investors Forum, where SOS America CEO Patrice Tsague provided a comprehensive update on SOS’s performance, strategic direction, and competitive advantage. The day concluded with a Smart City and Renewable Energy Forum for organizational and municipal leaders, highlighting how SOS’s integrated solutions are shaping the future of sustainable urban development.
The forum also included impactful presentations from SOS executives and partners, including Col. Jeff Williams, SOS Global CEO, who shared powerful lessons learned from his 234 days in space and how they apply to SOS’s mission; Barry Redman, VP of Operations, who spoke about the evolution of smart city and renewable energy technologies; and Jeff Shafer from Common Good Capital, who introduced the upcoming SOS Fund, designed to offer investors opportunities to advance SOS’s mission while achieving meaningful financial returns.
Attendees also had the opportunity to tour the Portland Technology Innovation Center and visit an installed double solar off-grid Smart Streetlight site, witnessing firsthand the system’s exceptional brightness, durability, and performance at night.
