About the SOS Summit

The SOS Summit is an annual three-day gathering convened by Smart Oregon Solutions and Smart Optimal Solutions (SOS) to align our global team, strengthen our partnerships, and accelerate our vision of building smarter, greener, and more connected communities. The Summit brings together SOS global executives, staff, sales associates, manufacturers, suppliers, investors, strategic partners, and thought leaders to explore the latest innovations in Smart City infrastructure and renewable energy technology.

The 2025 Inaugural Summit will take place from October 15 to 17, setting the tone for an impactful annual tradition focused on knowledge exchange, collaboration, and strategic growth.

Summit Format

Days 1–2: Internal Sessions (Private)

Audience: SOS team members, manufacturers, and key partners.
Date: October 15 – 16, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

These two days are dedicated to:

• Team Development Workshops – Strengthening our internal capacity, vision alignment, and team leadership across departments and regions.
• Product Education & Technical Training – In-depth presentations and hands-on sessions from our manufacturers and suppliers, showcasing current and upcoming products, technologies, and implementation best practices.
• Strategy and Execution – Deep dives into SOS’s operational roadmap, deployment strategies, and key performance targets.

Day 3: SOS Smart City and Renewable Energy Impact Forum (Public by Invitation only)

Audience: Open to the public – includes city leaders, community developers, environmental advocates, technologists, and industry stakeholders.
Date:  October 17, 2025 
Time:  11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This public-facing event highlights:

• Smart City & Renewable Energy Innovation Expo – Showcase of cutting-edge technology solutions from our product portfolio and partners.
• Thought Leadership Panels – Expert-led discussions on how smart city infrastructure and renewable energy are reshaping urban planning, community development, and environmental stewardship.
• Case Studies & Use Cases – Real-world examples of how SOS and its partners are transforming communities across the globe.
• Community Collaboration Lab – Interactive sessions on how cities, municipalities, and organizations can incorporate these technologies for increased productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

Investor Briefing & Networking Reception

Audience: SOS investors, potential investors, strategic stakeholders
Date:  October 17, 2025 
Time:  8:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

The Summit concludes with a private Investor Briefing and Networking Reception where we will:

• Report on company progress, milestones, and impact
