Patrice Tsague is a distinguished figure in the world of entrepreneurship, inheriting a legacy of business acumen from a family line of entrepreneurs that includes his grandfather and mother. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. As a seasoned business trainer, international speaker, best-selling author, and kingdom business coach, Patrice has made a significant impact in the field. His expertise lies in guiding families to integrate their faith and values into their business operations, with a focus on sustaining their enterprises beyond the
third generation.
A co-founder of several ventures in the for Profit and Non Profit sector such as Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community, PG & Associates LLC, Kingdom Business Coaching, and Smart Oregon Solutions, Patrice has a wealth of experience in diverse business domains. He has imparted his knowledge to over 25,000 individuals globally, teaching them how to start and grow their businesses using principles rooted in the Bible. Through his proven training and coaching system, Patrice’s clients have successfully raised considerable funding, generated revenues exceeding $200 million, and created numerous job opportunities.
Patrice is the author of multiple books and training programs. His notable works include “Biblical Entrepreneurship” (available in both adult and youth editions), “The Nehemiah Business Life Cycle,” “40 Day Coaching Devotional,” “Nothing but a Jar of Oil,” “The Passive Income Continuum,” “The Buck Stops with You,” among others. Additionally, he reaches a global audience through his weekly e-devotionals, blogs, inspirational moments, and a podcast tailored for entrepreneurs and business executives.
In his current roles, Patrice serves as the Chief Servant Officer of the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community and the Chief Executive Officer of Smart Oregon Solutions. His roles extend to being an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at George Fox University and Portland Bible College. Additionally, he is on the boards of various for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including the Timothy Plan, Common Good Capital, the US Christian Chamber of Commerce, and Cornerstone Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership. Patrice is an active member of Mannahouse Church where he leads the marketplace Ministry. He shares his life with his wife and life partner, Gina, and they are both proud parents to two daughters, Gabrielle and Danielle Tsague. The Tsague family resides in Vancouver, Washington.
Colonel (retired, US Army) JEFFREY WILLIAMS brings a broad range of technological, engineering, systems integration, operations, international relations, and project management experience to the team.
An astronaut since 1996, Williams flew four space flights dedicated to the ISS assembly and operations. The first was the 10-day Space Shuttle flight STS-101 in 2000. The latter three flights were long-duration expeditions to ISS, each launching on Russian Soyuz spacecraft, in 2006, 2009-10, and 2016, respectively. Williams has twice commanded the ISS, performed five spacewalks (four U.S. and one Russian), and accumulated 534 total days in space. He retired from NASA in January 2024.
With more than 3100 hours in more than 50 types of aircraft, Williams has over 40 years of operational experience in Army aviation and NASA flight operations. He served as an experimental test pilot for the Army. In addition to space flights, over the 32 years with NASA, he worked in Space Shuttle flight software validation, NASA HQ legislative affairs, Space Shuttle cockpit upgrade project management, ISS hardware/software operational integration and validation, ISS assembly and operations integration, spacewalk operational development, and was a frequent public speaker. He also served on an ISS bilateral American-Russian executive-level oversight committee and chaired the international panel responsible for ISS crew assignments, qualification, and training.
Colonel Williams is a graduate of the Naval Test Pilot School. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy, a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and Degree of Aeronautical Engineer from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master of Art Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and a Doctor of Ministry from The Master’s Seminary. He is proficient in the Russian language.
Williams is the author of The Work of His Hands – A View of God’s Creation from Space, a regular conference speaker, a director on several non-profit boards, and serves as an elder in his church. He and his wife, Anna-Marie, have two sons and seven grandchildren. They reside in Battle Ground, Washington.
BILL GIBBONS is an author, innovator, visionary, entrepreneur, and disruptor. He has designed radical approaches to learning and the use of technology that have transformed America. He founded HOSTS Learning, which was recognized by two U.S. presidents and congress as a model educational practice for America. The National Chamber of Commerce identified HOSTS Learning as one of the top four entrepreneurial companies in the U.S. and presented them the Blue Chip Enterprise Award.
Bill, along with Ken Blanchard, author of the One Minute Manager, was featured in the book “Giving Back—Using Your Influence to Create Social Change.”
Bill is a servant leader with a God-sized vision focused on impacting communities and improving their quality of life. He firmly believes that the SolPol with its innovative technology will become one of the major leaders and contributors of renewable clean energy in the United States and abroad, supplying communities with safe, reliable, and affordable energy.
On a more personal level, Bill and his life partner and wife Beverly have three precious children, two daughters,
Jennifer and Dawn and a son Stacy. Bill and Bev live in Vancouver, Washington. They give all glory and honor to Jesus Christ for their life work.
BARRY REDMAN is the CEO and founder of NetZero Energy LLC, a pioneering firm specializing in sustainable energy solution strategies. With a deep-rooted background in electronics and electrical manufacturing, Barry has steered the company towards innovative offerings, including LED retrofits, DC Superfast EV Chargers, and Site Host Investments. Under his leadership, NetZero Energy also excels in product sourcing, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing energy efficiency and fostering environmental stewardship.
As a born-again Christian and a devoted member of Word of Grace Bible Church in Battle Ground, WA, Barry holds steadfast in his faith in Jesus Christ. He believes in Jesus’ divine birth, sinless life, sacrificial death on the cross, and victorious resurrection, which offers salvation to all who believe. This faith shapes Barry’s life, guiding his actions and decisions in a way that seeks to honor God and share God’s love with others. Barry is committed to studying the Scriptures, participating in fellowship, and living out the gospel to glorify God in business and life, hoping to reflect Christ’s love and grace in his community and beyond.

Renee Ward
Advocate, consultant, strategist, and philanthropist
“INSPIRATIONALLY SPEAKING”, yes, these are the words that frequently flow from the lips of Pastor Renee Ward to whom many consider an “OVERCOMER” for her authenticity, tenacity, and unapologetic stance to “SPEAK LIFE” into the lives of the people she encounters.
Affectionately known to many as “Reverend Renee” or “RevRen” others have known her nationally and internationally to grace the stage, screen, and social media platforms around the globe as an entertainer, producer as well as promoting the health and well-being of individuals, family and community. Pastor Ward has received numerous accolades and awards for her humanitarian efforts and contributions to addressing disparities within the educational, business, and health systems that disenfranchise the underserved and communities-of-color.
Ward has a very diverse career portfolio in the areas of sales, marketing, and promotions including Gannett Outdoors, Crawford Broadcasting, HBO, Pacific Bell, and NABISCO. In 2023, she was among 13,500 entrepreneurs awarded monetary, marketing, and technology from COMCAST RISE to support “JUST BECAUSE BOUTIQUE” a retail business and one of her philanthropic projects supporting women by “FIGHTING CANCER IN STYLE”. In 2018, she established an Oregon-based non-profit “MORE THAN AN OVERCOMER” and its retail venue “JUST BECAUSE BOUTIQUE” to honor her mother and both grandmothers who succumbed to a cancer-related illness of which portions of the proceeds benefit single mothers and indigent women impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
Ward is a seasoned public affairs and government relations professional which afforded her the opportunity to consult various levels of government agencies and civic leaders.
In 2007, she served as Chief of Staff in the Oregon legislature for District 43, NE Portland for former Representative Chip Shields.
At the conclusion of that position, she continued her government relations work as a campaign outreach strategist for candidates, political campaigns (state and federal) as well as an advocate for several health initiatives.
She helped champion several pieces of legislation for public safety, predatory lending, small business loans, gentrification, drug rehabilitation, domestic violence, and bonds for contractors.
She is the proud mother of three adult children and “Glam-ma” to 4 beautiful grandchildren. Her faith in God along with the legacy of the women that have preceded her continues to fuel the fire of compassion, devotion, and inspiration that illuminates through her today.
GABRIEL ABAC is a bilingual construction executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience leading multi-million dollar industrial, residential, and renewable energy projects. As the Founder of Kendu Construction Inc., he has established a reputation for “pristine work” across Oregon and Washington, successfully achieving Minority Business Certifications for the firm. His technical expertise ranges from early hand-drafted blueprints in Guatemala City to managing high-stakes fire-stop installations for global technology leaders such as Tesla, Apple, Google, and Intel.
Currently, Gabriel serves as the Lead Project Manager at Smart Optimal Solutions (SOS), where he drives the distribution of renewable energy infrastructure across North America, Africa, and Europe. His leadership style blends “boots on the ground” craftsmanship with strategic oversight, emphasizing proactive decision-making and efficient project flows. Furthermore, his commitment to safety and education is evidenced by seven years as a state-certified instructor, providing bilingual training in asbestos abatement and safety protocols.
Deeply rooted in community and spiritual leadership, Gabriel has been a prominent figure at Mannahouse Church since 2010. Since December 2024, he has served as a Lead Pastor for the Spanish Service alongside his wife, dedicated to helping families find solutions to life’s many challenges. Guided by the philosophy that quality is non-negotiable, he continues to seek strategic partnerships in construction management and renewable energy sourcing.

Yolanda Abac

YOLANDA ABAC is a multifaceted executive leader and “people person” with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence across the construction, healthcare, and spiritual sectors. Currently serving as the COO of Kendu Construction and a key member of the executive team at Smart Optimal Solutions, she oversees complex logistics, warehouse operations, and administrative staff. Yolanda specializes in leveraging Minority Business Certifications (MBE) to help high-end firms successfully bid on and secure municipal contracts, bridging the gap between private business and government entities.
Her career is rooted in a deep commitment to advocacy and communication, beginning with her early work as an Executive Bilingual Secretary and a degree in Advertising and Communication. For two decades, she operated her own business as a Certified Medical Interpreter, providing essential linguistic support within the legal, medical, and social service systems, including the Oregon Court system and DHS. While she paused these services in June 2025 to focus on her executive and leadership roles, her background in navigating intricate institutional systems remains a cornerstone of her professional identity.
In addition to her corporate work, Yolanda has been a pillar of community leadership at Mannahouse Church since 2010. Since December 2024, she has served as a Lead Pastor for Spanish Services, where she applies her problem-solving skills to help families navigate life’s challenges. Highly proficient in QuickBooks, tax compliance, and advanced data reporting, she thrives in high-pressure environments by maintaining seamless operational flow between vendors, subcontractors, and diverse departments.
