Col. Jeff Williams, CEO of SOS Global, and Travis Parr, Operations Support for Global, attended the Global Automotive and Technology Expo in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

They met with our existing partners from Karuna—Melvin and Andy—to further discuss their Smart City Software initiatives. The goal was to deepen our understanding of the platform and explore how SOS can help implement it in the U.S. and other markets. The meeting was highly productive both in strengthening business plans and in continuing to build strong relationships.

They also met with several EV charger manufacturers. While most were based in China, they were introduced to one Malaysian-based manufacturer, Swift Bridge, through our Karuna partners. Swift Bridge is actively seeking a U.S. partner to support their entry into the U.S. market. They currently manufacture in Malaysia and expect their AC product line to be operational in Q1 2026, with their DC line following in June 2026. They also maintain a U.S. branch working on another project and are enthusiastic about the possibility of future U.S.-based manufacturing.

This initial meeting was very promising. The Managing Director of Swift Bridge has already scheduled a trip to the Pacific Northwest to visit their facilities, and Col. Jeff has begun arrangements for him to visit the SOS office during his time in the region. Since their Malaysian factory is located in Sungai Petani—where Travis is based—Travis will also be arranging a tour of their facility. Swift Bridge appears to be exactly the type of partner we have been seeking, and SOS aligns well with what they are looking for. Both Col. Jeff and Travis left the meeting encouraged and optimistic about future discussions.

They also met with Eclimo founder Denis to discuss the company’s potential for expansion into other countries. While Denis is not yet ready to scale to that level, we will continue to cultivate the relationship.

Outside of meetings, they toured the expo floor to get a clearer view of the Malaysian EV market. They also enjoyed some of the sights of Kuala Lumpur and appreciated the excellent Malaysian food. It is clear that God opened the right doors and arranged the right connections, and we look forward to seeing how He continues to guide us in these opportunities.

As the time in KL concluded, Col. Jeff traveled on to Singapore for several speaking engagements, meetings with Infinity Pro, and some family time before returning to the U.S.
